Book your SettleIT order, either before or after unconditional contract exchange (you will not be charged until the matter settles)
Upload a copy of the Contract of Sale and any additional standard documents required
Send Requisitions on Title
Undertake Verification of Identity (VOI) and obtain Client Authorisation Forms (CAF)
Create ELNO workspace and invite all required parties
Prepare the Transfer and eNOS forms
Attend to any stamping
Lodge GST property settlement forms with ATO
Provide usage of our Trust Account to hold any funds required for settlement
Order Council and Water rate Certificates
Contact utilities and prepare the Settlement Adjustment statement
Liaise with all parties and prepare cheque directions
Approve cheque directions and provide final authority for SettleIT to proceed to settlement
Conduct a final search and Title Activity Check (TAC)
Settle the matter and notify you by your preferred method, phone, sms or email
